Traditional Talk-Therapy
Our converted 12×12 stall makes the perfect office space. In here, we can sip a cup of coffee and dive deep into what is most meaningful for you. We also have the choice to meet online.
Bioenergetic Analysis
Following the teachings of Alexander Lowen, we will work together to help you feel more alive. Through breath-work, alignment, and gentle movement, you will develop a new connection with your body.
Equine Assisted Psychotherapy
Through the unique connection that people have with horses, they find healing. When you spend time with our horses, you will discover new things about yourself and how you interact with the world.

We are down in the barn working with a horse

Insurance
At this time, insurance coverage is only available for in-office/telehealth sessions. Accepted plans are Tricare, Aetna, and Blue Shield. Equine assisted sessions are private pay only.
